Sites with Assigned Operators

Sites with Assigned Operators is the live ownership view showing which Operator is responsible for each site and when they took it.

Lock status and Admin actions

Queued means assigned but not yet opened in ZenMode. In Progress means the Operator is actively working the site. Site locking prevents two Operators from processing the same alarms.

How to use it

Admins can open the site, force-release it after a disconnect, or reassign it when coverage changes. Forced actions are recorded in the audit trail. Investigate assignments held unusually long without closures.
