Alarms Handled

Alarms Handled counts alarms an Operator brought to a terminal state: closed with a tag, escalated, or released. Opened but unfinished alarms do not count.

How to interpret it

This is a throughput figure, not the number of alarms that appeared. A high count may indicate strong throughput or bulk-closing; a low count may reflect a quiet shift, complex alarms, or an Operator who needs help.

How to use it

Compare with Avg. Processing Time, Picked Sites, Unique Devices, and closure tags. Review very high counts with processing times under 15 seconds and low counts with times over 3 minutes.
