Verify Email

Activate your GC Surge account by confirming the email address on file. When your account is created, GC Surge sends a confirmation email to your address. Clicking the link in that email verifies your identity and enables your first login.

Before you begin

• Check your inbox — and spam folder — for an email from noreply@nxgen.io.
• The email may arrive within a few minutes of your account being created.

Steps

1. Open the email from noreply@nxgen.io.
2. Click Confirm. The Reset your password page opens in your browser.
3. Enter a password that meets all requirements:8 or more charactersAt least one uppercase letter (A–Z)At least one lowercase letter (a–z)At least one number (0–9)At least one symbol (e.g. !@#$%^&*)
4. Confirm your password in the second field.
5. Click Save. Your account is verified and you are signed in.

What happens next

• Your email address is confirmed and your account is active.
• You land on the Home Dashboard ready to continue setup.

Did not receive the email? Wait a few minutes and check your spam or junk folder. If the email still does not arrive, ask your Super Admin to remove and re-invite your account from the Users module.
